Randler’s Dog Grooming has been in business for 24+ years!
A brother and sister Duo (Anastasia & Isaiah Shickley) have taken over ownership and have given some new life to the business and location. Growing up in Elizabethtown they have a deep understanding of the community and know the need for quality, affordable dog grooming services.
Anastasia, runs our shop and is also our Senior Dog Groomer. She received her Vet Assistant certification in 2020 and has 5+ years in dog handling, behavior, and grooming.

Meet Anastasia!
Anastasia’s love for dogs led her to pursue a career in grooming, where she could combine her passion with her skill. With five years of experience, she takes pride in making every pup look and feel their best. Her gentle approach and attention to detail ensure that each dog has a comfortable and enjoyable grooming experience.
Outside of work, Anastasia loves exploring new places and discovering different cultures through travel. Music is another big part of her life, whether she’s listening to her favorite tunes or finding new sounds to enjoy.

Meet Jelis!
With two and a half years of experience in dog grooming, Jelis has developed a keen eye for detail and a gentle touch that keeps pups looking and feeling their best. Her love for animals and dedication to her craft make every grooming session a positive experience for both dogs and their owners.
When she’s not at the salon, Jelis enjoys spending time with her family and creating lasting memories with them. She also has a passion for traveling, always looking for new places to explore and experiences to enjoy

Meet Grace!
Grace is an apprentice groomer who has loved dogs her entire life. Growing up surrounded by pets, she developed a deep appreciation for their care and well-being. Now, as she hones her grooming skills, she’s dedicated to making every pup feel comfortable and cared for.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading and spending time outdoors. Whether she’s exploring a new hiking trail or just soaking up nature, she loves being active and appreciating the world around her.

Meet Juno!
Juno is more than just our shop dog—she’s family! She was adopted from the Lancaster SPCA during our adoption event and has been spreading love and good vibes at Randler’s Grooming ever since. Whether she’s greeting clients with a wagging tail or keeping the team company, Juno makes every day brighter.
When she’s not on “duty,” Juno loves snacks, belly rubs, and making new friends. She’s the heart of the shop, reminding us all why we do what we do—because happy pups make life better!
